    Aided by a team of professional actor-facilitators, we lead participants to explore how the themes connect to their own experiences.

    The format of the program includes a mix of small and large group conversations to meet the different needs of personality and learning types.

    We tailor each program to the unique challenges you face in your organization. Other topics that we often discuss are: socioeconomics, intergenerational challenges, mental health, visible/invisible disabilities, microaggressions, and privilege.

    We gently push people out of their comfort zone and support them to learn and grow.
