Through a mix of drama-based scenarios and individual coaching, we show you how to turn challenging conversations into relationship-building tools, create trust, and implement psychological safety.
The Module
90-minute module with relevant scenarios and individual role-play coaching
Blends with other L&D communication training, as a stand-alone or add-on to our other Psych Safety Modules
Scenes and role-plays are bespoke, tailored to specific team needs, or “off-the-shelf”
Flexible participant number, in-person or virtual
Delivered by a combination of facilitators and actor-facilitators. Group coaching or 1:1 coaching is available based on participant number
