Alyssa Nambiar (she/her) is a multifaceted professional with a wide range of experience in accounting, finance, operations, and customer success. She began her career in the Private Company Services and Personal Financial Services groups at PwC, focusing on tax planning and preparation for multinational corporations, high net worth individuals, estates, trusts, and family offices. She then worked for mutual fund industry leader Capital Group as a subject matter expert in fund distribution planning. After working for two global firms, Alyssa transitioned into providing Operations, Accounting, and Customer Success services for small, mission-driven organizations.

Alyssa strongly believes in the transformative power of financial literacy, especially within historically marginalized communities. As a financial and operational consultant, her goal is to empower others by making finance, accounting, and operations more accessible and understandable. In working with Emerge Collective, she hopes to build strong, scalable practices and internal systems that help the organization grow from within.
